• The item is returned in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, and manuals.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or installation error

• Printer ink or cartridges once opened

• Clearance or “Final Sale” items (marked as non-returnable)

• Delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@printwebcopier.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.

Note: Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

4. Refund Timeline

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

5. Exchanges

We offer free replacements if the product you received is:

• Defective or non-functional upon arrival

• Incorrect (wrong model sent)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

2. Contact your payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
