Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is returned in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, and manuals.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or installation error
Printer ink or cartridges once opened
Clearance or “Final Sale” items (marked as non-returnable)
Delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@printwebcopier.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return confirmation.
Note: Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
5. Exchanges
We offer free replacements if the product you received is:
Defective or non-functional upon arrival
Incorrect (wrong model sent)
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free exchange.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Recheck your bank or credit card account.
Contact your payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
